Pilot leaders at Endeavor Air, represented by the Air Line Pilots Association, this week unanimously endorsed a tentative agreement that would extend the current contract.

The agreement will now be sent to the pilots for a ratification vote which will conclude in late November.

“The gains we’ve achieved in this tentative agreement are substantial,” said Capt. Jim Johnson, chairman of ALPA’s Endeavor Air group.

“Not only do we have the opportunity to restore what we lost in bankruptcy, but we were able to establish hourly wage rates far above the current industry standard.”

The tentative agreement would extend the existing contract to January 1, 2024, and would ultimately ensure that Endeavor Air pilots would be the highest paid in the industry. Pilot leaders will host a series of road shows, all-pilot conference calls, and crew room visits to educate the pilots on the merits of the agreement before a ratification vote opens in early November.

“Endeavor pilots deserve a contract that recognizes our contributions to our airline’s success while allowing for future growth and expansion. The goal was to achieve substantial improvements for every pilot on our seniority list, regardless of how long they have been with the airline. While it was not easy, I believe we accomplished that,” added Johnson.
