China Airlines Orders Six Boeing 777 Freighters
China Airlines, the national carrier of Taiwan, has finalized a $2.1 billion order (according to list prices) for Boeing 777 Freighter aircraft to modernize the current fleet of 18 Boeing 747-400 cargo planes.

According to the statement, the airline plans to transit from one type to another seeking greater capacity and better range for its freight operations. The intention to purchase the aircraft was announced during Paris Air Show 2019.
