Silkway West Airlines Launches Cargo Route Between Oslo and Baku
Silkway West Airlines inaugurated its long-expected freighter operation from Avinor Oslo Airport, connecting The Norwegian salmon Industry with its global Hub in Baku.
Silkway West Airlines inaugurated its long-expected freighter operation from Avinor Oslo Airport, connecting The Norwegian salmon Industry with its global Hub in Baku.
“We are excited to offer the Norwegian Seafood industry increased connectivities through our Global Aircargo Hub in Baku. Silkway has been flying Norwegian Seafood for many years through other European gateways, and we are now very pleased to finally add Oslo to our global network”, said Silkways Commercial Director Europe, Mr. Riad Fataliyev
The route is operated by a Boeing 747-400F, serving Oslo Airport every Friday with onward connections throughout the whole Far East via Baku. In Baku The Silkway Group is operating a State-Of-The-Art aircargo centre which does include modern temperature controlled and perishable facilities.
