Iran-Austria Joint Economic Committee meeting to kick off today
The 9th meeting of Iran-Austria Joint Economic Committee will be held in Austria on Wednesday in the presence of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, a delegation from Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) and representatives from 88 Iranian companies and organizations, IRIB reported on Tuesday.
The 9th meeting of Iran-Austria Joint Economic Committee will be held in Austria on Wednesday in the presence of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, a delegation from Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) and representatives from 88 Iranian companies and organizations, IRIB reported on Tuesday.
The two sides will sign a formerly prepared economic cooperation agreement on various fields including energy, tourism, commerce, transportation, infrastructure, research and etc.
Some other documents in the fields of water management, transportation, and contagious diseases as well as an MOU between Institute for Political and International Studies of Iranian Foreign Ministry and Austrian Academy of Sciences are scheduled to be signed during this event.
Some 100 Iranian companies, active in Austria, are reportedly to take part in the event.
President Rouhani and ICCIMA Head Gholam-Hossein Shafe’i are among the speakers of the committee meeting.
