Interlegal team obtained one more court prohibition for merchant ship leaving sea port water area.

Acting in the interests of a foreign company engaged in fuel supply to vessels, Interlegal took effective measures aimed at debt recovery for bunker supply.

With regards to the fact that the debtor’s vessel was located in Ukraine, within the court proceedings initiated upon debt recovery, application on ship arrest was filed.

The commercial court agreed with arguments of Interlegal experts and satisfied the application on ship arrest, having prohibited the vessel to leave sea port water area.

Time-approved effectiveness of the chosen method to defend the client’s violated rights, as confirmed by Interlegal practice, was a key to success.

Interlegal senior lawyer Alexey Remeslo and lawyer Mikhail Selivanov led the case.
