Royal Caribbean cancels calls to Turkey for 2018
Royal Caribbean announced it is cancelling all calls to Turkey for the 2018 cruise season in Europe.
Royal Carribean explained that they made this decision because of the “current unpredictability of Turkey and after taking its guests’ and crew members’ safety and well being into account”.
The company further informed that it will replace the canceled calls in Ephesus (Kusadasi) with other ports-of-call for the 2018 Europe season.
“Any pre-paid Royal Caribbean shore excursions in Ephesus (Kusadasi), Turkey will be refunded to the original form of payment by the end of next week,” added the company.
Thus, ‘Jewel of the Seas’ will now call on Rhodes, Greece and ‘Vision of the Seas’ will call on Rhodes, Greece or Mykonos, Greece.
