World’s largest bioLNG plant opens in Norway
The Biogas Upgrading and Liquefaction Plant was installed at the Skogn Papermill, Norway. The plant will upgrade up to 3,000Nm3/h of raw biogas to Renewable Natural Gas.
The Biogas Upgrading and Liquefaction Plant was installed at the Skogn Papermill, Norway. The plant will upgrade up to 3,000Nm3/h of raw biogas to Renewable Natural Gas.
The plant will be part of the largest biogas liquefaction plant, Puregas Solutions that provided equipment for the project, said in a statement.
The biogas upgrading and liquefaction plant is located at the Norske Skog Skogn paper mill and will convert the cleaned biogas from fishery waste and residual paper mill slurry into liquid bioLNG fuel.
Norway's Prime Minister, Erna Solberg officially opened the bioLNG plant was officially on Monday, September 3.
