Industrial Division expands loco fleet

Leasing company Industrial Division has signed two agreements to acquire a total of 36 locomotives, which will take its fleet to 170.
Under the first deal ID is to take over 31 locomotives currently used by PHU Lokomotiv, including a Pesa Gama Marathon as well as various older electric designs and main line and shunting diesel locomotives.
Under the second deal ID will acquire five ET40 twin-section electric freight locomotives from PHU Tom-Lok.
The two sellers are looking to get out of the locomotive market, while ID is seeking to expand its Cargounit-branded lease fleet.
